Das ist sie also, die ultimative Liste meiner Top 100 Videospiel-Tracks. Diese Songs sind meiner Meinung die Crème de la crème künstlerisch-kreativen Schaffens von Komponisten, die einer einfachen Software, Nullen uns Einsen, eine Seele einhauchen. Die ein Unterhaltungsprodukt zur Kunstform erheben, die Erinnerungen schaffen - meine Erinnerungen. Deshalb landen auf dieser Liste nicht nur die Blockbuster, die allesamt zurecht bejubelt und gefeiert werden, sondern auch kleine Juwelen, die meine Erinnerungen an die Vergangenheit im Allgemeinen und Kindheitstage im Speziellen wach werden lassen.

Für diese Liste bin ich die Tracks meiner Library durchgegangen, die mit 5/5 bewertet waren und musste aus knapp 2000 Stücken die besten herausfiltern. Das war nicht leicht und hat mir das ein ums andere Mal das Herz gebrochen, weil Song X oder Track Y nicht mehr auf die Liste gepasst hat. Damit das Ganze fair bleibt, habe ich mich auf einen Track pro Album/Soundtrack beschränkt und eine bunte Mischung aus Epos, Tragik und einfach schöner Musik zusammengestellt. Mein Geschmack wird nicht jedem gefallen, aber trotzdem würde ich Dich, der du bis hier hin gelesen hast, bitten: hör' rein. Du muss nicht alles hören und weiß Gott nicht am Stück, aber das ist die Quintessenz dieser Seite, der Grund für meine Arbeit hier: meine Leidenschaft transportieren. Wenn es diese Tracks nicht schaffen, dann schafft es nichts. Und mit diesen munteren Worten wünsche ich viel Spaß bei meiner Top 100 der beste Videospiel-Tracks.
